Welcome to Hems Water Park! Before accessing or using our facilities, please carefully read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions. By visiting Hems Water Park, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Park Regulations:All visitors must adhere to the park's rules and regulations displayed throughout the premises.
Guests are responsible for their safety and belongings. Hems Water Park shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accidents that occur within the park.
Ticketing and Entry:
- Entry to Hems Water Park requires the purchase of a valid ticket or pass.
- Upon ticket purchase, guests will receive a wristband, which must be worn at all times within the park premises.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Re-entry to the park is not allowed once guests exit the premises.
- The park reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- For guests staying at Hems Water Park Hotel, entry to Hems Water Park is chargeable unless included in the guest's package.
Safety Guidelines:
- Guests must adhere to all safety instructions provided by park staff.
- Appropriate clothing is mandatory for all water-based attractions. Revealing or inappropriate attire is not permitted.
- Certain attractions may have height and age restrictions for safety purposes.
- Height Policy: Guests below 3.3 ft in height are free of charge. Guests with heights ranging from 3.3 ft to 4.2 ft are charged Rs. 250 throughout the week, while adults (above 4.2 ft) are charged Rs. 350 on weekdays and Rs. 450 on weekends. Note: Rates are subject to change at management's discretion.
Health Considerations:
- Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or pregnant women should seek medical advice before using any park attractions.
- Individuals with open wounds, contagious diseases, or conditions exacerbated by water activities are not permitted to enter the water or use the attractions.
Personal Belongings:
- Lockers are available for rent to store personal belongings. Hems Water Park is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Valuables, including cash and jewelry, should be securely stored and not left unattended.
- Shoe racks are available for rent to store shoes. Hems Water Park is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Swimming costumes and towels are available for rent at the park.
Food and Beverage:
- Outside food and beverages are prohibited within the park, except for baby food (for children below 2) or special dietary requirements.
- A variety of food and beverage options are available for purchase within the park.
Photography and Recording:
- Guests may take personal photographs and videos for non-commercial purposes.
- Commercial photography, filming, or drone usage is subject to additional charges.
Code of Conduct:
- Guests must behave responsibly and respectfully towards others and the park's property.
- Harassment, violence, vandalism, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and violators may be asked to leave.
Liability:
- Hems Water Park is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft incurred within the park premises.
- Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
